  1. SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS:
    1. What are the minimum system requirements for using Stratco Direct™?
      The application has been built to support the latest versions of the Internet Explorer, Netscape/Mozilla browsers.
    2. Does Stratco Direct™ system require any special software or downloading any cookies?
      The only cookie is a session cookie used to log you into the application.

  2. APPLYING FOR Stratco Direct™:
    1. I do not have a commercial credit account with Stratco, can I access Stratco Direct™?
      Stratco Direct™ is only available to approved Stratco account customers. You can contact the Stratco office in your state and arrange for a copy of the application form to be sent out to you.
    2. I already have a commercial credit account with Stratco, how do I get access to Stratco Direct™?
      You need to fill out a downloaded application letter and send it to Stratco. Alternatively you may contact your sales representative for more information. It cannot be completed online as a signature is required.
    3. How long does it take for my application to be processed?
      There is no specific time limit for application approvals. To help speed things up please complete all the sections of the application form. We will process your application at the earliest available time.
    4. How much does it cost me to use Stratco Direct™?
      Stratco provides these online facilities as a service to its customers. It does not cost you anything to specifically use these facilities.

    1. Is it safe to use Stratco Direct™?
      For your peace of mind Stratco uses the most powerful SSL encryption. This assures you that our site is authentic and that your transactions are secured by SSL encryption.
    2. When using Stratco Direct™, how can I be assured that I am dealing with Stratco?
      You can look for a gold padlock at the bottom of your computer screen indicating that SSL Security is in use. You may click on the gold padlock to bring up details of Stratco's valid SSL certificate.
    3. Who else has access to my company's confidential information?
      Stratco takes its obligations under the Privacy Act seriously and protects your private information using the latest firewall and encryption technology. You set up your own authorised users and you decide what security access levels they need to fulfil their tasks. You can modify your list of authorised users as the need arise.
